NVC (non-violent communication)
These days referred to as “Compassionate Communication”, this practice has always been helpful in dealing with conflict. I took Thom Bond’s year course but am guilty of not living NVC at least twice during that course.
Spirited not Spiritual?
DESIRE is a fulcrum point: either you chase desires or find bliss. I call practices that chase desire ‘spirited’ practices. I call practices that allow desire to rise and fall ‘spiritual’ practices. What do you think?
